The goal for this series is for the student to have an understanding of how the pain system works and then use that understanding to change their pain. Yoga tools merge with this understanding to alleviate suffering from pain. Practices explored during the series are seated chair yoga, pain science, journaling, sharing, meditation, and breathing. No prior yoga experience is necessary. All props are provied. Adaptions are offered for those that need more or less challenge.

This welcoming studio is filled with natural light and exudes warmth. Three mirrored walls and a wall-mounted exercise barre make this space perfect for any dance or exercise class. An ADA-compliant elevator allows for easy access for those with mobility challenges. Other features include a sound system, a water cooler, a private ADA-compliant restroom, and a place to store belongings during class. Classes and events can be included on our public calendar for promotional purposes.
This room is meant for movement, but may also be the perfect place for club meetings and small parties if no kitchen or other equipment is required. There are approximately 600 sq ft of usable floor space. The studio can be rented for single events, recurring classes, or weeklong workshops.
Our flexible rental fee is designed to support new instructors, small class sizes, and volunteer organizations. People can choose either a fixed hourly rate or a percentage of their event/class gross income.
